Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 12 hours of appointment
the time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our clients of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, all tipping can be done in cash, venmo or credit card. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

While our staff does our best to work as neatly as possible there are times color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes. While this does not happen often we urge you to change out of your clothing, hang it up, and put on a robe provided by Elysian in our changing room. We cannot be held responsible for damages to clothing during a service.
Beauty [Make-up /Skin care /Hair care]: All products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Candy and Consumable products: All sales are final and cannot be return or exchanged.
Bags and Backpacks: Can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchased.
Clearance: All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All clip in hair extensions is final sale no returns no exchanges
Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Electronics: Cannot be returned if open.
All other accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, if not open or damaged.
